How are your estimates structured?
Every estimate is fixed-price and itemized — labor, materials, contingency, sales tax all called out separately. If something changes mid-project (a wall you wanted to keep turns out to be rotten), you get a written change order before any extra work happens.
Can we live in the house during the work?
Usually yes for single-room or kitchen remodels (we dust-seal the area). For whole-home renovations we recommend moving out for at least the first six weeks — we'll help with the planning.
How long does a typical renovation take?
A single bathroom takes 3–4 weeks, a kitchen 4–6, a whole-home renovation 12–20 weeks depending on structural work. You'll get a week-by-week Gantt chart with your estimate.
Do you handle permits & inspections?
Yes — for additions and attic conversions we coordinate directly with your architect (or refer one of ours), submit the permit packages to the Denver permit office, and book inspections at each stage.
What guarantees do you offer?
6 months on single-room jobs, 12 months on whole-home renovations, 2 years on additions and attic conversions. Permits and final inspections for all electrical and plumbing work are included.
How do payments work?
Staged payments tied to physical milestones — never a calendar date. A small deposit on signing, then payments on demo, rough-in, trim-out, and punch-list sign-off.
