How quickly can you get to a plumbing emergency?
For true emergencies (burst pipe, gas smell, no heat in a cold snap) we aim for under an hour anywhere inside Beltway 8. Non-urgent work gets a same-day or next-day slot most of the time.
How much do you charge for a callout?
Estimates are free — no call-out fee. For booked work we set a fixed price up front. Emergency hourly rate is $135 + parts ($195 after 8pm and weekends), all itemized on the invoice.
Are your plumbers licensed and insured?
Every Brassline plumber works under our TSBPE Master Plumber License (TX Lic. #M-41982) and is licensed, bonded and insured, plus state-certified on commercial gas where relevant. They carry the cards and we verify them annually.
What does your workmanship warranty cover?
12 years on all installation work (water heaters, full bathrooms, repipes, HVAC systems). 24-month guarantee on repairs and parts unless the manufacturer offers longer.
Do you take commercial and rental property contracts?
Yes — annual backflow certifications, rental property inspections, and rolling maintenance contracts from a single property up to portfolios. Talk to us about volume rates.
